Own a new home for under $260,000 through our attainable homeownership program. All prospective Partner Families must meet our minimum requirements to participate in this program. Eligibility Requirements
- 1. Willingness to partner with Habitat for Humanity Kerr County
- 2. Open only to U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents
- 3. Currently live in substandard housing and ability to demonstrate a need
- 4. Ability to pay an affordable mortgage
- 5. Must live and work in Kerr County for the past six months
- 6. Must be a first-time home buyer*
- 7. Demonstrate a financial need - Meet the income requirements- listed below
*An individual who has not held ownership in a principal residence during the three-year period ending on the date of the purchase. There are three exceptions: Death, Divorce, or Natural Disaster.
