The Greens of Gratitude Golf Invitational was a meaningful and uplifting day — a celebration of the heroes who guided Kerr County through the July 4th flood and a moment for our community to come together in thanks.
Because of the extraordinary generosity of Happy State Bank and Ford Philanthropy, every foursome on the course was donated to first responders, linemen, medical and mental health workers, animal rescue volunteers, faith partners, city and county officials, and the many community volunteers who stepped forward during the disaster. Seeing these heroes enjoy a day of connection, rest, and appreciation was the heart of the entire event
