Our homeownership program is designed for families who are ready to take the next step toward owning a home. All prospective Partner Families must meet our minimum qualifications to participate.

Eligibility Requirements
- Willingness to partner with Habitat for Humanity Kerr County
- U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents
- Currently live in substandard housing and ability to demonstrate a need
- Ability to pay an affordable mortgage
- Must live and work in Kerr County for the past six months
- Must be a first-time home buyer
